How Waixo works?Waixo offers you the easiest and most comfortable way to personalize fabric from your own home, workshop or store. We use the latest digital textile printing technologies to turn your ideas into fabric. It is very simple:
- Decide on what fabric you want to stamp, if you have any doubts or want to make sure of your decision we have a textile swatch with the 21 printed fabrics so you can see their different finishes and qualities.
- Send us your design.
- Choose the fabric and number of meters you want.
- If you need or want any additional service Waixo also has:
- Textile graphic design services.
- Graphic textile designs of our community among which you can choose.
- Fabrics with plain colors or already printed in stock.
- Cut and confection.

In what format and resolution do I have to send the designs?In JPG format, with a resolution of between 150 – 300 dpi and maximum file size of 120 MB.

When washing the printed fabrics with the prints do they lose or do they lose their color?All the fabrics and types of digital printing we use are designed for specific use in the fashion sector, so color fixation is ensured.

What is the minimum amount that I can acquire?You can order from 1 meter of sample in the fabrics that appear inside our sample book and whole meters are realized (without decimals). If you want us to print your fabric or work with one that we do not have in the sample, contact info@waixo.com.

What are the prices for the different lenght?Above 10 meters of production you can see the indicative tissue prices.
For samples or orders between 1 and 10 meters consult your budget at info@waixo.com.

How are sample shipments and cloth production made?The sample is sent by ordinary mail and arrives, approximately, within 3 working days to the mailbox of the address provided. This option is used so that the shipment does not exceed the costs of the sample itself.
For the productions a certified shipment is made by transport agency.

Are international shipments made?Yes, for shipments to Europe, America, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands or other rates vary, contact info@waixo.com for more information.

Where can I see the grammage, composition, and width of the tissues?All this information is included in the table of rates.

How can I formalize the payment?The process starts by opening the customer file, send us your billing and shipping information to info@waixo.com and we will send you the budget and additional information to formalize the payment.

What is the deadline?Currently, the delivery time is 1 week for synthetic fiber fabrics and 4-5 weeks for natural fiber fabrics such as cotton.
We are working so that these deadlines are significantly reduced and the information will be updated regularly.
